Brussel Sprouts

Homemade, Family Tested, and Family Approved! By far one the most healthy ways to make Brussel Sprouts! They aren’t drowning in grease! And it is easy, fun, and only takes 20 minutes! (I would advise you watch the video first!)

Ingredients

  • 3/4 Bag of Brussel Sprouts
  • 1/2 tp of Butter
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 1 tp of garlic
  • Salt and Pepper
  1. First, Take your Brussel sprouts and slice them well.
  2. Next, place your Brussel sprouts into a frying pan.
  3. Drizzle olive oil on top. Cut 1/2 of butter into 4 equal pieces and spread around the sides of the pan.
  4. Sprinkle garlic, salt, and pepper on top.
  5. Let sit until you don’t see the butter on the edges
  6. Let them get brown.
  7. Finally cool and enjoy!
